Use the app with your personal Apple ID and keep iCloud Drive enabled. You must meet your region’s minimum age for an Apple ID (typically 13+) and comply with Apple’s terms.
You control what you import. Do not save or share anything unlawful, infringing, or harmful. You remain responsible for permissions to view and store that content.
Highlights, summaries, and answers are generated locally on your device. Article text and prompts are not sent to our servers. If you email us for help, only the information you provide in that message is collected.
Articles, highlights, and settings sync through Apple iCloud. Availability depends on your connection and iCloud storage. Offline reading requires the article to be downloaded beforehand.

You retain rights to the content you save. We own the app, design, and software. Your license is personal, revocable, and non-transferable.
The app is provided “as is.” AI outputs may be incomplete or inaccurate, and connectivity or iCloud issues may affect sync. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the app (if any).
We may update these terms as features or laws change. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. We may suspend access for violations.
